My husband makes this for me and it's just so yummy! A few simple ingredients; nothing fancy, doesn't need it. I like to eat mine with Soybean spaghetti - less heavy but packed full of protein.

Made with 5% Aberdeen Angus Minced Beef, tomatoes, mushrooms, onion and garlic.
Tasty Spaghetti Bolognese - always a winner!
Recipe (Makes 2 portions)
400g minced beef (5% fat).
1/2 onion, chopped
100g mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp tomato puree
400g tinned tomatoes
3 cloves garlic, minced
Frylight oil
Method:
Soften onion in some Frylight oil on a low heat for a few minutes.
Add mince, increase the heat and cook until meat is brown.
Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes.
Add tomato puree, tin of tomatoes and mushrooms.
Cook for another 15 minutes. Season.
Serve with spaghetti, noodles, rice, salad or vegetables.
